My business experience enables me to support strategic sales efforts for the companies I work with as well as design and develop effective learning solutions. |

I've picked up some awards along the way. I was awarded Best Online Course of the Year 2007 by Training Media Review for “Intent vs. Impact” (Sexual Harassment) designed and project managed for a US law firm. I've also won three Brandon Hall awards including the 2005 Gold award for Performance Management a blended programme I wrote and produced for Delta Airlines. |

As a founder and Director of Xebec I was responsible for the creation of the world renowned Business Sense
and Business Insight (CD) product lines. I have also directed more than 40 video productions for online and
interactive DVD learning.
Although I am best known for my work with “soft” skills such as leadership and customer service, I have also produced programmes on legal compliance including an Equality and Diversity programme for a global bank.
I am now accepting freelance assignments from clients wishing to create high quality online or blended learning programmes or product lines. I am based in the UK but have done several projects involving travel to the USA.
